Ryutaro Kiyosaki is a retired Republic of Dayashina Army general serving as the Minister of Defence of Dayashina since 2015. Kiyosaki previously served as an officer in the Army Special Operations Group, as a general of the RDA with command over the 2nd Infantry Division, and most notably, the commander of the Dayashinese Joint Special Operations Command. Politically, Kiyosaki is considered a conservative and a nationalist militarist, in line with a sizeable portion of the Dayashinese Conservative Party. Economically, Kiyosaki is a state capitalist and is one among many prominent state capitalists in the DCP and Noru's cabinets. Kiyosaki considers himself a social liberal, but is widely regarded as a social conservative by international standards.
