Sabana Lokilone (born March 14, 1990) is a Kajeran politician and former professional pitz player who has served as President of Kajera since 30 May 2020. She has represented the island of Rawaki in the Konkomman since 2017 and served a term as the Minister of Assistance.
Originally from Rawaki, Lokilone pursued a pitz career after finishing high school in Rilik, playing for Kajera. She subsequently worked as a referee and commentator for KASN, as well as Development Director for the fledgling Onekawa-Nukanoa professional league. She was encouraged to enter the political sphere after her home island was left without a representative in the wake of Lalijemao Kukordi's resignation. Lokilone heavily prioritized repairs to local infrastructure following a particularly damaging cyclone season and drew international attention to the plight of the nation's smaller islands. Ahead of the 2020 elections she declared her intention to run for president, opposing incumbent Kumake Penburuon, over whom she won nearly unanimously in a vote by the national legislature.
Lokilone is the youngest president in Kajeran history and the second woman to hold the position. Her presidency has been marked by a high degree of cooperation between other nations in the Kayatman and Karaihe, including Kainuinoa, Daobac, Lusona, and Onekawa-Nukanoa, among others. Lokilone has stated that combatting marine pollution and encouraging the spread of Kajeran culture worldwide are the top priorities of her presidency.
