Early life

Aisha Bint Ahmed Ali Khan was born into a devoutly religious, upper-class military family in Madinat Al-Islam's wealthy Old Town. She received private tuition during her primary education followed by a private secondary school education at the Sharifistani School of Fencing.

Higher education and military service

She attended Madinat Al-Islam University at the age of 18, she qualified as an Islamic jurist. After taking a gap year she joined the Royal Legal Corps of the Royal Sharifistani Army, rising to the rank of Binbaşı (Major).

Political ideology

Shaykhah Aisha Bint Ahmed Ali Khan describes herself as an "Islamic liberal". She is anti-racism, anti-sexism and opposes public humiliation of any kind as a punishment. She is in favour of greater free speech and is pro-military. She supports a volunteer army as opposed to a conscript one.
