Shingzhan, formerly known as Urichi or Uihua, is the capital of Pangchu. Shingzhan was a major hub during Yuan's Heng dynasty and developed its reputation as a leading cultural and commercial center in Western Ausiana in the 19th century. With an estimated population of 850,000 in 2015, Shingzhan is the largest city in Pangchu. Shingzhan has seen significant economic development since the 1990s and currently serves as a regional transport node and a cultural, political and commercial center.
