Kaiser Siegfried I (Siegfried Friedrich Wilhelm Viktor) is the monarch of the Englean Kaiserreich and King of Hohenzern. Born on December 15, 1983 in the Siegesplatz to Empress Consort Johanna von Norsmann and Kaiser Konrad I, he was their first son and was declared the Crown Prince of the Englean Kaiserreich.

Siegfried's early life consisted of the traditional early education and raising that is expected of a child of the Englean monarch to prepare him for military service and leadership of the Empire. By the age of 5, the young Siegfried was capable of multiple mathematic processes, riding the Imperial Horse, and fluent in German, English, and French. Siegfried had been a child who was fascinated with science and nature, often studying the wildlife that would be near the Siegesplatz and in the capital. His childhood and juvenile life existed in the aristocratic and hyper-masculine life of Englean aristocracy. In his juvenile years, Siegfried quickly moved through his education. He attended the Imperial Academy in Engelberg until the 8th grade, where he entered the Hafferman-Universität zu Seestadt to achieve his Bachelors of Science degree. Throughout these years he also served as a surgical intern at the Max von Hallwitz Krankenzenter. At the age of 18 he achieved his degree, and entered the Universitätsmedizin Engelberg. Siegfried accepted his commission in the Kaiserliche Heer, which officially removed his rank of Major as ceremonial and he was given the identification KP-151283 and assigned to the Kaiserliche Heer Sanitätsdienst. He achieved his Imperial Medical Degree in 2005, and specialty in neurosurgery in 2011. From 2011-2015, he was the lead surgeon of the Berlin Imperial Hospital. From 2007 to 2016, he served as the commander of the Zentraler Sanitätsdienst des Heeres with the rank of Generaloberst.

As his years during the process in gaining his specialty had spare time, he decided to go into politics. Elected as a representative of the Englean Monarchist Party, he was the first Emperor to have been a member of the Reichstag prior to their coronation. In 2013, it was apparent that Kaiser Konrad was in failing health. He had recently suffered two strokes, which incapacitated him and prevented him from running the nation. Because of this, Siegfried was declared the Imperial Crown Regent (Kronprinzregent) in November of 2013. In May of 2014, Konrad allowed his son to take the throne of the Kingdom of Hohenzern and from May 25 Siegfried lost the title of Crown Prince in favour of König von Hohenzern. In 2016, Kaiser Konrad died and Siegfried was declared the new Emperor. The Kaiser has been married to Wilhelmina Frederika von Köthen-Strelitz since 1998, whom brought about their first son, Friedrich Wilhelm, in 1999, who currently stands as the Englean Crown Prince and heir apparent.
