Sienna Ver Cardiki is the current Cazique Cardiki, member of the Nongova tei Dez alongside the Cazique Venzurin. She also serves in a direct advisory capacity to the design arm of Mekaniq, the arms manufacturer subsidiary to Soluzini Hade, having studied mechanical engineering and artificial intelligence in university.
Early life and education
Sienna was born abroad in Orun Redisus while her mother Amine Cardiki was visiting on business. She spent her first year there under family care while her mother took frequent trips back and forth across the border. At fourteen months, she was relocated permanently back to Zardoyare in Sante Reze, where the Cardiki have their primary estate.
She grew up in Zardoyare alongside her older cousin Catarin Valere Cardiki and maintained a close relationship with her as Catarin swiftly rose through the ranks of Sante Reze's Office of State Affairs.
Having attended a series of elite schools like most of her peers, Sienna Ver was an accomplished student and attended the prestigious Ateze Provincial University for her primary degree in mechanical engineering and UNI_2 for a master's degree with a focus on robotics and artificial intelligence.
Personal life
Sienna Ver is openly lesbian, and has been seen at most public events with a female guest. While it is unknown if any of her guests were actively in a relationship with her at the time, there have been many repeats including most notably Angelin Gemma Cazini, the chair of the SGG board. Neither Sienna Ver nor Angelin have confirmed any deeper relationship.
She has stated that she prefers to keep as much of her life private as possible, though has noted the difficulty and laments that she ended up having to become cazique when she had been looking forward to quiet career in robotics to suit her passion. In 2020, she said that who she is dating, if anyone, was the one secret she had left and it would remain hers.
Marriage
Sienna Ver married SOME_DUDE in 2018 as part of a business arrangement, consolidating the popular social media company under the SH brand so as to better compete in the online culture space with Entratenimezun Cazini, as well as furthering the relationship between Sante Reze and Zacapican, notably with House Cardiki's growing interest in space developement and in sustainable, self-sufficient habitats.
Amateur athlete
Sienna Ver participates in multiple marathons per year, as well as playing pitz at an amateur level with an estate team. Her interest in pitz has led to the creation of a House Cardiki pitz league, where employees of the house commonly compete in as many as thirty teams across Oxidentale and Scipia.
House Cardiki
Sienna Ver was the second youngest child of the previous cazique, Amine Cardiki, but ended up succeeding her mother as a result of her younger brother Dayo Vitore Cardiki dying from leukemia at age 16. As the second youngest child, she would normally have been less prepared to succeed. However, Dayo's illness was well-known for several years and her mother insisted that they learn to take over house affairs side-by-side should the worst occur. This ended up being the correct decision when Dayo suddenly passed in his sleep after a surgery to relieve some complications of his disease.
Councilor
Sienna Ver became a deznongovun after the death of her uncle who was previously serving in that capacity. She elected to complete his term herself, and was selected to serve another afterward. She has announced however that serving on the council was more demanding of her time and energy than she cared for, and would not be pursuing or accepting further involvement in the role.
