The Southern Fleet is a Naval fleet of the Syaran Commonality Navy. It is responsible for the maritime defense of southern Syara, to include Hayreniky and Galania. The fleet was established in 1988 following the formation of the Syaran Commonality, intended to safeguard Syra's southern maritime interests. During the Zemplen War the Southern Fleet was the principal combatant of the Battle of the Vanadzor Coast, where it engaged and defeat the Ruvelkan Imperial Navy before moving to blockade the port city of Aszód. The Southern Fleet remained assigned to its jurisdicton following the end of the conflict in July 2010.
Southern Fleet Headquarters is located in Sarhadi. The fleet consists of one guided missile cruiser, two air defense destroyers, two guided missile destroyers, four multi-purpose frigates, four anti-submarine warfare frigates, one surface warfare frigate, 12 corvettes, and eight submarines. Southern Fleet cooperates closely with Costal Defense Command South as part of Realm Force Hayreniky to ensure the protection of Syara's southern coastline.
