St Avelines (Flurian: Saint-Aveline) is a seaside resort city in the state of Evre, Estmere. It is the largest city by population in the state of Evre, with a population of 412,385, and forms the core of the Evre coastal metropolitan area alongside the state capital of Solange. St Avelines is the largest resort town in Estmere, and has been a popular tourist destination since advertisement by railway companies during the Long Peace.
St Avelines is notable for being the southernmost city of mainland Estmere, and as one of only a few cities in the country to have a warm temperate climate.

St Avelines is led by the St Avelines City Council and the Lord Mayor, which has been Sue Bourne of the Greens since 2019. The largest party on the City Council is the Greens, followed by the PSD, the SDU, Reform, Estmere First, the Centre Party, the Left Party and Vox Estmere. There are also 7 independent councillors. The current administration is a coalition of the Greens, the PSD and the Reform Party.
