Sumiko Pham (15 September 1980) is a Quenminese officer of Nihhonese descent serving under the Imperial Quenminese Army. She currently commands the 103rd Infantry Division. She is married to New Akibander officer, Ukyo Samonji and currently lives with 2 children with him.
