It has been ordered after tragic sinking of TSTS Unity leaving Prolotov Ship Lanes in need of new oceanliner and flagship. TSTS Chozko would have gone to become largest, most luxurious Chozkian Oceanliner of Chozko, and flagship of Prolotov Ship Lanes.
