Terms in office

With a five year term I noticed some discrepancies in some of the SecGens' term lenghts: several of them seem to have been in office for six or eleven years. Is that by accident or was time added as is more or less the case with e.g. !NATO SecGens?

  1. Montagne. 12/5/1935 - 31/12/1939 . OK; one not-full term
  2. Dagaperht. 1/1/1940 - 31/12/1949. OK; two full terms = ten years
  3. Stienstra. 1/1/1950 - 31/12/1954. OK; one full term = five years
  4. Fitzgerald. 1/1/1955 - 22/11/1961. OK; died during his second term
  5. Aman. 1/1/1962 - 31/12/1967. This would be six years, but his successor starts on 1/1/1967 so this is fixable to 31/12/1966.
  6. Nŭyyöhō. 1/1/1967 - 31/12/1976. OK; two full terms = ten years
  7. Lambert. 1/1/1977 - 22/9/1981. OK; resigned before the end of his first term
  8. Pekkala. 4/11/1981 - 31/12/1986. OK if November & December 1981 + a full term as of 1981
  9. Pasetto. 1/1/1987 - 31/12/1992. This is six years. Ends in 1991?
  10. Šeduikytė. 1/1/1993 - 31/12/2003. This is eleven years. Starts in 1992 ends in 2001?
  11. Karimi. 1/1/2004 - 31/12/2004. This is eleven years. Starts in 2002 ends in 2011?
  12. Beruchashvili. 1/1/2014 - present. If the previous are corrected, she could have started in 2012.
