Tatsugorou Tatsuma, Baron Tatsuma of Utrille (8 August 1972) is a Lucian Labour party politician and barrister who served in ministerial positions within the UK government, most notably as the Shadow Attorney General for Lucis. At the 2014 Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting he was elected the 6th Secretary-General of the Commonwealth of Nations and took office on 1 April 2015. In doing so, he became the first Nihhonese to hold the position. He holds dual-citizenship for the United Kingdom and his native Nihhon-koku.
