The Terraconserva Council of Nations (TCN) is an intergovernmental organization tasked with maintaining international peace and security, developing friendly relations among nations, achieving international co-operation, and being a centre for harmonizing the actions of nations. It was established after the Creeperian Civil War, with the aim of preventing future wars and atrocities. Its headquarters, which are subject to extraterritoriality, is in Bostonia, Quebecshire. The organization is financed by assessed and voluntary contributions from its member states. Its objectives include maintaining international peace and security, protecting human rights, delivering humanitarian aid, promoting sustainable development, and upholding international law. The TCN is the largest, most familiar, most internationally represented and most powerful intergovernmental organization in the world. At its founding, the TCN had five member states; there are now twelve member states and two observer states.

On October 22, 1952, five governments met in Bostonia for a conference and started drafting the TCN Charter, which was signed on June 26, 1952. This charter took effect on October 22, 1952, when the TCN began operations. The TCN has two principal organs: the General Assembly and the Security Council.

Condemnation of the People's Republic of Morova (001)

On September 22, 2019, the Security Council of the TCN convened in Bostonia to discuss the proposed Condemnation of the People's Republic of Morova.

At the conclusion of voting there were nine member states in favor, zero in opposition, and four abstaining.

Ban on the International Sale of Weapons to Morova (003)

On September 30, 2019, the Security Council of the TCN convened in Bostonia to discuss the proposed Ban on the International Sale of Weapons to Morova.

The resolution passed resoundingly, and direct enforcement of the resolution has been promised by both Quebecshire and Groffenord.

Instatement of a Naval Blockade on the People's Republic of Morova (005)

On January 12, 2020, the Security Council of the TCN convened in Bostonia to discuss a proposed blockade of Morova for violating TCN Resolution 003 and for funding international terrorism.

The resolution passed resoundingly with ten for with only two against and one abstention.

A Resolution to Launch an Investigation Into Creeperopolis (006)

On January 14, 2020, the Security Council of the TCN convened in Bostonia to discuss a proposed investigation into Creeperopolis for allegedly committing war crimes in its several conflicts.

The resolution passed with a vote of six to three to four, although its implementation failed.

Condemnation of the Republic of Paleocacher (007)

On February 25, 2020, the Security Council of the TCN convened in Bostonia to discuss condemning Paleocacher for its extreme and unusual methods of capital punishment.

The resolution passed with a vote of eight to two to three.

Condemnation of Creeperopolis and the Suggestion of Sanctions (002)

On September 29, 2019, the Security Council of the TCN convened in Bostonia to discuss the proposed Condemnation of Creeperopolis and the Suggestion of Sanctions.

During the session, the vote had become two in favor, six in opposition, and five abstaining. Quebecshire exercised veto authority. Several votes have been lodged since, but as it stands the resolution will be discarded following the session's conclusion.

On January 11, 2020, the Security Council of the TCN convened in Bostonia to discuss the proposed Condemnation of Creeperopolis.

During the session, the vote had become three in favor, four in opposition, and six abstaining. Quebecshire exercised veto authority. Several votes have been lodged since, but as it stands the resolution will be discarded following the session's conclusion.
