Sivile(sɪvi:l); Officially The Technocracy of Sivile, is an Oligarchy located on the continent of C2 on Anteria. Sivile is made up of three main provinces. (Pairum, Oclain, & Saigaar) The capital city of Dai Lomu sits in between all three. Its primary goals are growth and civil rights.
History
Founded in 1823 after separating from The Commonwealth of Orala.
Politics and Government
Sivile is a Technocratic Oligarchy where the heads of state are appointed on the basis of their knowledge and skills in their respective facet.
Facets
The Three Primary Facets are
- Legislative: Often regarded as the true head of state, this position oversees all other branches of the government. As well as controls the passage and interpretation of laws.
- Economical: This position oversees all economic actions taken by the Sivilian Government. This seat is also responsible for balancing tax rates and income for the nation.
- Civility: The Position oversees the civil rights of citizens and makes sure no rights are infringed upon by private companies or other facets of the government.
Culture
Family
Family in Sivile is not determined by blood, it is instead determined by which Province you were born in. Because of this Sivile has four "Families."
- The Lomus: The surname Lomu is given to any child born within the capitol city of Dai Lomu.
- The Lain: The Surname Lain is givin to any child born within the Oclain Province.
- The Pai: The Surname Pai is givin to any child born within the Pairum Province.
- The Gaar: The surname Gaar is given to any child born within the Saigaar Province.
If a child happens to be born abroad. The surname given to the child must also be one of the parent's surnames.
Surname not only dictates where you were born, but also dictates which of the 3 facets of government are available to you.
- Lains are able to be appointed for legislative positions.
- Pais Are able to be appointed for Economical positions.
- Gaars are able to be appointed for Civility positions.
- and Lomus, being born in the capitol city, are able to be appointed for any position within the government.
