The Treaty of Chryse was a peace treaty and international agreement signed by the Republic of Syara and the Republic of Górska that brought an end to the Third Chryse War. The Treaty established the division of Chryse into Syaran and Górskan halves, with Górska controlling the northern half and Syara controlling the southern portion. Both sides agreed to acknowledge the border as the official boundary between the two countries and renounced military action as a means of resolving disputes regarding the island.

Chryse had originally been part of the Makedonian Empire, but following the establishment of the Kingdom of Dragovita and the settlement of the Górskan peeople, the northern half of Chryse began increasingly affiliated with ethnic Górskans. Conflict over ownership of Chryse eventually culminated in the First and Second Chryse Wars, which failed to resolve the issue of ownership of the island. The Third Chryse War in 1905 ended with Górskan gains but the island remained divided, but Górskan losses during the war compelled the Republic to seek peace. As part of the terms of the treaty, but sides agreed to limit the number of troops on their side of the island, as well as agreed to regular military inspections. Additionally, both governments agreed that they would not allow foreign military forces to be stationed on the island.

The years following the signing of the treaty were filled with mutual hostility and suspicion. During the Syaran-Ruvelkan War the Syaran government was considerably worried that Górska would attempt to seize the island while Syara was distracted fighting the Ruvelkan Socialist Republic, and as a result some of Syara's best troops were assigned to Chryse rather than the Ruvelkan front. During the Divide War the possibility of an invasion of Chryse by the Cacertian Empire led Górska to reinforce its position on Chryse; despite it's long standing hostility with Syara the Górskan government did not see the Empire as a suitable ally of convenience and refused Cacertian requests for support during the war. Despite the upsurge of Syaran nationalism following the defeat of Cacerta, Sasko Anastasov did not pay much heed to issue of Chryse and relations began to warm between the two states as Syara re-directed its attention towards Siduri.

Górska remained neutral during the Refusal War, and after the conflict was over stated its desire to resume peaceful relations with the newly established Syaran Commonality. Executive Saša Mlinarić re-affirmed Syara's commitment to the Chryse Treaty and signed an updated version in 1990, which remains in force today.
