The Tripartite Consociation, more officially known as the Rhaltek-v'Riiki-Seviran Union or the Eternal Consociation, is a federated constitutional triple monarchy located in the Milky Way Galaxy. [neighbors] It is typically considered to be a Bet-class great power or a Gamal-class regional power. Its capital is Ratanbir, located in the Selestris system.
The overwhelming majority of the Union's population belongs to three sapient, sentient species: the Rhaltek, the v'Riiki, and the Seviran, originating on the planets of Ratanbir, k'Tykkre, and Alkonos, respectively. [early history]

The Tripartite Consociation is a federated constitutional monarchy, formally composed as a union between the Blessed Rhaltek Empire, the v'Riiki Commonwealth, and the Seviran Great-League. The head of state and of government is the Lord-Protector of the Consociation... [politics]
The Consociation has a large and diversified economy. The Union's core systems are largely post-industrial, but the primary and seconary sectors dominate the Consociation's colonial planets; it also benefits from its position along trade routes connecting the Core region to the Inner and Outer rims. Consocialite society is heavily stratified along economic and social lines, with vast wealth and power concentrated in hereditary elites.
The Union is a multispecies state, with none of its three main species- the feline or ursine Rhaltek, the avian v'Riiki, or dromaeosaurid Seviran- composing an outright majority of the population. Each species has its own dominant religion, lingua franca, cuisines, and cultures.

The full official name of the Consociation, established by the Treaty of k'Tykkre, is the Eternal Consociation of the Sacred Crown of the Blessed Rhaltek Empire, the Serene Commonwealth of v'Riiki Clans, and the Great League-of-Leagues of the Seviran (Rhaltek: sa Thennarion Syraunos fissa Irias Kiraios fissa Seperion Kirhaunos Rhaltekha dhra fissa Tibaruribion Eipirios fi Khadarsai Viriekha dhra fissa Emmakhionai-Emmakhion Alekhios Sefirakha; v'Riiki: i’Travibwiirrik Ibikhom tsi’Sukkre Lakbirom tsi’Priirik Hikaatrom v’Raaltiki bhii tsi’Qilaaktbhuurrik Mirom tsi’v’Ruuvir v’Riiki bhii tsi’Aakhtbhuurrik Siirom tsi’v’Aakhtbhuurrik tsi’v’Siviirki; Seviran: fi-Ilmirdhitak Sabakh lakan fi-Usikh Muraqam hafi-Iltihan Muhawab Rhaltikanin lah fi-Ilkitman Bandakh hafi-Shiharan Virikanin lah fi-Ilmifaq-Ilmufuq Dovikh hafi-Seviranin). This name is legally mandated for formal and governmental use; however, due to its extreme length and unwieldiness, it is often shortened to the Eternal Consociation (Rhaltek: sa Thennarion Syraunos, v'Riiki: i'Travibwiirrik Ibikhom; Seviran: fi-Ilmirdhitak-Sabakh) or the Rhaltek-v'Riiki-Seviran Union (Rhaltek: sa Elegion Rhaltekha-Viriekha-Sefiranha; v'Riiki: i'Makaarrik v'Raaltiki se v'Riiki se v'Siviirki; Seviran: fi-Ilhitab Rhaltikanin lah Virikanin lah Seviranin) for practical reasons in both official and general parlance.
Within the Consociation itself, the polity is vernacularly referred to simply as the Consociation (Rhaltek: sa Thennarion, v'Riiki: i'Travibwiirrik; Seviran: fi-Ilmirdhitak) or the Union (Rhaltek: sa Elegion; v'Riiki: i'Makaarrik; Seviran: fi-Ilhitab); the term Rhaltekais-k'Riiki-Tansevir, a phrase composed out of a mixture of Rhaltek, v'Riiki and Seviran and roughly translatable into English as "Rhaltekia-v'Riikia-Sevirania", is also sometimes used.
Externally, the term Tripartite Consociation is widely used as a means of quickly referring to the polity's nature as a triple monarchy and its official name; this name also has the benefit of distinguishing the present political arrangement of the Consociation from its earlier bipartite period. This term has not historically been widely used within the Consociation itself; however, content analysis studies performed by outside academics have suggested that its use within the Consociation has become more common, likely due to its use at the galactic level.
