Ulyana Tsaryovovna Agapova is a Slavic politician and lawyer who is currently serving as the first ever President of the Slavic Union, winning the 2021 Slavic presidential election following the overthrow of the nations autocratic government and the installation of democracy. Before her presidency she served as Duma member from 2016 to the Duma's abolition in August 2021.

Born in Zhukovgrad, Agapova attended Adrikagorod University, graduating in 2005 and receiving a PhD in political science. After this she went into law, becoming the district attorney of Zhukovgrad in 2012. In 2016 Duma member Karl Ledovskoy declined to run for re-election and Agapova won his seat. In 2021 she proposed the Slavic Environmental Act the veto of which lead to the August Revolution. She is a member of the Green Union and is the parties founder.

On October 11 2021 Agapova won an incredibly close race to become the first President of the Slavic Union.

Early Life

Ulyana Tsaryovovna Agapova was born August 21, 1979 in Zhukovgrad to Tsaryov and Veronika Gorelova, Agapova's father Tsaryov was a professor at Zhukovgrad University and her mother was a typographer. Agapova attended Adrikagorod University, widely considered the best in the Slavic Union, and graduated in 2005 with a PhD in political science, going into law afterwards.

Political Career

In 2012 she was appointed by the Mayor of Zhukovgrad Filipp Rusakov as district attorney of the city. In 2016 Duma member Karl Ledovskoy declined to run for re-election and Agapova ran for the empty seat, Agapova was privately opposed to the Slavic Union Party (PSS), but joined the party as membership was required to run for office. Agapova ran against PSS hardliner Boris Subbotin, on December 1st 2016 Agapova won the election in a landslide.

The first 4 years of her term were uneventful, as her efforts to push more liberal and environmentally friendly legislation were consistently shot down. In August 2021 a heatwave hit the Slavic Union, and Agapova wrote the Slavic Environmental Act, which managed to pass the Duma despite the legislatures past opposition to environmental bills of any kind. Despite this the bill was vetoed by Vozhd Matvei Pavlov, this veto lead to the mass protests, the governments violent reaction to these protests leading to the August Revolution (Slavic Union), which overthrew the autocratic system and instituted democracy.

In September 2021 she announced her candidacy for president and formed the Green Union. In the first round of the presidential election she finished in 2nd with 26.1% of the vote, in round 2 she finished with 50.6% and won the election.

In 2007 Agapova married long term boyfriend Vojislava Agapova, a professor at Adrikagorod University. In 2013 she gave birth to her first child.
