Pavonistade, also known as Pavon or Pav, is a person existing NationStates from 2012-2018 and on IIwiki from 2013-2018. He is known to be a cisgender-hetereosexual male. Pavonistade had accounted for various nations and puppets in the past, though only one served as the main nation.
Scrutinizing the post histories of past nations was said to not be recommended as doing so may cause temporary mental and cognitive dysfunction.

- The name "Pavonistade" is the combination of two parts, namely "Pavonis" and "tade". "Pavonis" is the Latin genitive for the word pavo (peacock), though the word was first encountered while the user behind Pavonistade was reading the articles Delta Pavonis and Pavonis Mons. It is not known how "tade" was derived, or why the decision was made to come up with the name "Pavonistade".
