The Vartaxian Expeditionary Medal (Quenminese: Huân chương viễn chinh Vartaxia) is a military award of the Royal and Imperial Quenminese Armed Forces that was created by the Vartaxia Expeditionary Service Recognition Act on 27 January 1996, and became available for general distribution on 14 April 1996.

The award recognizes military service performed by personnel of the Royal and Imperial Quenminese Armed Forces in the duration of the Vartaxian Civil War within the affected nation's borders, waters or airspace. It is also awarded posthumously to any member of the Armed Forces that died in active duty in Vartaxia. The medal was retroactively awarded from 20 November 1995, and it was last awarded in 31 December 2011.
