Early life
She was born into the Stoltenberg noble family and daughter to Jürgen van Sloltenberg and Maya van Günzburg. She applied to the TBD in TBD and was accepted. She graduated from her class with distinction.

Personal life
She married Vincent van Edelfelt in 2064, grandson to Willem van Edelfet, 18th Count of Edelfelt. The two of them have a daughter together named Liselotte van Edelfelt. Viktoria's grandmother is Anna van Stoltenberg, 23rd Viscountess of Stoltenberg. Her grandfather Oliver Grünfeld was a Commodore in the Royal Westphalian Navy (now Imperial Westphalian Navy).
