Vladimir Peniakoff (28 May 1982) is an Imperial officer and soldier who served during the Imperial Crisis and in the Eurasianna War as a member of the Gneisenau Circle.

Called as "Uncle Captain Vlad" by his soldiers, Vladimir earned his nickname serving as Captain in the Reichswehr. He was disillusioned in 2015, together with his company of 250 men. He and the rest of his company defected to the Gneisenau Circle during the 2015 Autumn Insurrection, in which several key members of the Reichwehr defected to the Gneisenau Circle and formed several partisan groups. Of these groups, Vladimir's men was well-known, given the name of Vodka Regiment, which referred to his men's love of Vodka.

Although a monarchist, he firmly supported the visions of Louis Ferdinand I. He served earnestly during the Eurasianna War and in future conflicts to come. But it was during the East Europan Civil War where Vladimir would earn his legendary status, creating and increasing the strength of his partisan group and inflicting the most damage to both Imperial and Neocon-aligned East Europan forces.
