The 10th Ostric regional election occurred on 2 February 2020. The established parties in Ostry, including the governing Social Democratic Radical Party and the Ostric People's Party suffered a shock defeat, seeing both parties attain a record lowest number of the vote and seats, while the Ostric Coalition suffered a complete wipeout, exiting the Dorada for the first time in its history. In turn, a record number of newly registered parties, five in total, entered the Dorada for the first time, including an electoral upset by the Citizen’s Alliance for Ostry, which came a narrow second with 21% of the popular vote and three seats.
