The BMS Perdikkas is a Belfrasian Main Battle Tank (MBT) that serviced as the primary main battle tank with the Belfrasian Armed forces, it was a highly successful tank design, with upgrades, for many decades. It became one of the most widely used tank designs, equipping armies around the world, with some still in front line service until the 2000, it still continues in limited service today with other forces. It was designed and built by Belfrasian Military Systems, a government-owned body that operates alongside BAU Systems.

Similar to every Belfrasian tank to date, the Perdikkas features storage units at the rear for storing personal belongings and possesses boiling vessels to produce hot beverages and boil substances as necessary.

- Modernised Perdikkas tanks with 105 mm gun from 1960s, a new powerpack along with a new turret rotating mechanism, a new gun stabiliser, a new fire-control system and preparations for the installation of the reactive armour. By 1970s all Belfrasian Perdikkas were upgraded to MK 14 standard.
- Perdikkas MBT-4A2
- Major overhaul and redesigned variant, Torsion bar suspension, lengthened hull, additional armour on the glacis plate and turret, V-12 950 hp diesel engine, computerised fire control system, laser rangefinder. Entered service with Belfrasian units in 1980s.
- Perdikkas MBT-4A3
- 1990s update redesigned turret, new fire control system and incorporation of the advanced Callistan IV modular armour. Mounted a 120 mm smooth bore gun.
Foreign Variants
- Tembo MBT-A1
- Perdikkas tanks redesigned and rebuilt by Goredemabwa with the help of DSRA. Gun replaced with TGI CM125-1A/L48 125 mm smoothbore tank gun while the engine and transmission are replaced with the same 850 hp (634 kW) Goungsung Engineering Works GHP-V12G-6A1 engine mated to a Kyoungcho KGI AHT-16B-6F1R hydromechanical automatic transmission from the Type 73 Seungli-ho.
- Tembo MBT-A2
- Fitted with redesigned armour, equipped with a new semi-computerised fire control system and Engine's power was boosted to 1,000 hp (745 kW) by switching from a supercharger to a twin turbocharged setup.
- Tembo MBT-A3
- Modernisation featuring an updated TGI CM125-1G/L52 main gun, TGI-15-8 gunner sights, new ballistic computer to reduce crew firing calculations and improve accuracy, and new thermal sight to provide night/day all weather combat capabilities.
- Tembo MBT-A4
- A new turbocharged liquid cooled Kyoungcho KGI-V12F-6D5 four-stroke V12 multifuel engine in powerpack producing 1,200 hp (895 kW) with an enhanced environmental control system.
