Onkelos Mithridates (Akannite: ⴍⴌⴉⴄⴊⴍⴑ ⴋⴈⴇⴐⴈⴃⴀⴒⴄ; Onk’elos Mitridat’e), known simply as Mithridates is the Levanite Conference Leader of the Sabaphos and a K'vari Councillor. He is the youngest person ever to be a K'vari Councillor at the age of 37.

Mithridates was born in Ozuriani on the planet of Calagains after the Colonization of Calagains in 2277. His father, Ioselio Mithridates was a K'vari Sheguardi who was ejected from the Second Order of K'vari by Adarnase the Devoted. After being revealed to be in touch with potential Akanovan Shinagani Mshvidoba, K'vari Councillor Acathius Sebaste sponsered Mithridates to join the Second Order. In 2282, he was sent to the Asatiani Assembly where he became a Sheguardi assigned to be under the command of Acathius. He later was reassigned to K'vari Guardian Arziani Sidamon in 2287 after becoming a K'vari Vanguard. He was then assigned back to Acathius. He was promoted in 2291, undergoing the Vanguard Ceremony overseen by Acathius.

Only 14 years old, Mithridates was one of the youngest K'vari Vanguards in the Post-Timeless Era. Reassigned from Arziani back to Acathius, he became apart of Acathius's Pormireba. Acathius's Pormireba were sent to the planet of Lesath in Kandao to take part in ending the Lesathic Revolution. Partaking in the Battle of the Kandao Tower and the Battle of Agara, he was promoted to a K'vari Warrior in 2301 after being one of the few considered to be able to use Othkikhmali Style. His fluency in different types of Shinagani Mshvidoba had considerably improved.

In 2306, Mithridates was transferred back to Arziani's command to Arziani's Pormireba. He was sent to the planet of Calagains, where he and Sidamon's Pormireba assessed the situation of Calagains, and formed the Akanovan Interest Committee in Calagains in 2309. Later replaced by Tarichan Sosona before the Colonial Vote of Calagains in 2310, he relocated to Asatiani after the establishment of the Akanovan Commission of Calagains, promoted to K'vari Guardian and was considered to be a Candidate of Councilship. In 2311, an internal civil war split the Second Order of K'vari, the War of Exiles. Onkelos was involved with the Defense of High Senadon after Ephraim Alasania's death, and afterwards was involved in the Battles of Serenope, K'anama, Asatiani, and Ezadon.

Mithridates's final mission during the War of Exiles was the Storming of Pachulia where he and several other members massacred the majority of Pachulian Sabaphos, thereby ending the war. Under the advisement of the remaining Levanite Sabaphos, Onkelos was promoted into the Conference Leader of the Sabaphos as a K'vari Councillor. Following his ascenion, Onkelos undertook the establishment of a K'vari Assembly in Ozuriani, before the Lijiang-Akannite War erupted. Currently, he remains the commander of K'vari forces during the Campaign of Calagains.

Early Life

Onkelos in first grade

Onkelos Mithridates was born in Ozuriani on the planet of Calagains and lived the majority of his young life within Arshusha City. Mithridates's father, Ioselio Mithridates, was an Akanovan and a K'vari Sheguardi. Ioselio was exiled during the Great Ardanasian Exile after the release of the Bacurian Interpretation of Imedio Honour. His mother, Natala Berkidze was an Akanovan who left the planet with Ioselio to marry Ioselio, which was forbidden under Akanovan Marriage Laws. He has an older brother named Sivon Mithridates. Both of his parents were considered Calagainian Refugees and escaped from the planet of Imedio to the planet of Calagains during the Colonization of Calagains.

Mithridates's family moved from Ozuriani to Arshusha City where Ioselio joined the Arshusha Black Traingle Syndicate. Mithridates was displayed to have some mastery of Acanovan Shinagani Mshvidoba at the age of four, in 2281, being able to conjure Fire Shinagani. This caught the attention of Acathius Sebaste, a K'vari Councillor stationed in Arshusha City. To the displeasure of Ioselio, Acathius sponsered Mithridates to enter the Second Order of K'vari to Noi Eustace, the then Head of Calagainian Affairs.

After learning of Onkelos's sponsership into the Second Order, Ioselio's criminal and exiled status came to the attention of Noi. Noi and Acathius, originally unaware of his status as the offspring of an exiled criminal, had put his introduction into the Second Order on a hold. Onkelos would enter the Arshusha Elementary 103, skipping a grade and being placed in first grade at the age of five. Shortly after his placement and halt of sponsership, Ioselio left Natala and his family and travelled to the planet of Lesath. Ioselio leaving the family had a profound effect on Onkelos, where he briefly was unable to trust other males, including Sivon and Acathius.

Natala, not being able to support herself, Onkelos and Sivon, allowed for Acathius to take Onkelos into the Order. With Ioselio no longer on the planet and his whereabouts not known, Acathius reinstated his sponsership and Noi confirmed the sponsership. Under Acathius's supervision, Mithridates was sent to the planet of Imedio to undergo training in the Asatiani Assembly. Starting as a K'vari Sheguardi, Mithridates was indicted into Acathius's Pormireba.

Sheguardi Period

Mithridates was enrolled as a K'vari Sheguardi under Acathius at the age of 5, making him one of the youngest Sheguardi's ever in Akannite history. Until he turned 8 however, he was not trained with weapons or in combat. Acathius took special care of Mithridates in cultivating his Shinagani and being his father figure. Mithridates at that point had come to consider Acathius to be his father, as opposed to Ioselio. He eventually began to refer to Acathius as father. During his training, he later met and befriended K'vari Sheguardi Ambrosi Kherseli.

Mithidates was considered one of the better preforming Sheguardis, and he managed to cultivate his skill in Metal Shinagani, a Shinagani Mshvidoba that had not been demonstrated since the War of the Timeless. His preformance of Metal Shinagani caught the attention of the Metsnieri of the Sabaphos, Levan Meshki. Levan at that point became interested in Mithridates and kept a close eye on him for his cultivation of his Shinagani.

Mithridates also showed himself to be able to be proficient in Ice Shinagani and Fire Shinagani. Acathius became fond of Mithridates, and once Mithridates became 8 years of age, he was allowed to select whichever weapon he desired, as the traditional Sheguardi Ceremony dictates. Mithridates chose a Sammagi, the longest version of the Ormagi. His style of weilding was extremely unorthodox, preferring to hold it single-handedly.

During his time as a Sheguardi, Mithridates became proficient in Personality Manipulation Shinagani, a Shinagani that has only ever been preformed by 7 other Akannites throughout history, including Kapanadze Ioseliani, who was then a Metsnieri. Mithridates was invited to sit in with the Sentinel Council by Ilia Esadaze for a month, under the supervision of Acathius. While still an observer of the Sentinel Council, Ilia considered Mithridates an honorary member with no power. Mithridates was also invited to sit with the Societal Preservation Assembly by Arziani Sidamon. Mithridates left a week into his invitation. Unlike the Sentinel Council, Mithridates later remarked on his dislike for the Societal Preservation Assembly (calling them, "the most dishonest group of men to stain the Order.").'

In 2291, Mithridates was considered by Acathius to be ready to advance from a K'vari Sheguardi into a K'vari Vanguard. Mithridates was tested in his fundamdentals of a K'vari Sheguardi by Acathius. Mithridates then underwent a six month period where he was personally trained by Meshki for the purposes of researching into his Shinagani abilities. By the time that Mithridates was considered of age to At the sponsership of Acathius, Mithridates underwent a Vanguard Ceremony, where he learned the most common Shinagani, Materialization Shinagani.

Shinagani Studies

When Mithridates turned 12 in 2289, he was given an offer by Levan Meshki to study with him personally for six months to enhance his Shinagani studies as well as study how strong his Shinagani abilities were. His use of Metal Shinagani intrigued Levan as Metal Shinaganis were thought to have been rendered extinct as a result of the end of War of the Timeless.

During this time, Mithridates was reported to have had almost unlimited capabilities on par with that of a Maradisoban Prophet. His reputed abilities came to the attention of the Societal Preservation Assembly, who had at that point had come to dislike Mithridates after his time sitting into their meetings. Arziani later learned about Mithridates's origin as the son of an exile, and lobbied the Societal Preservation Assembly to expel Mithridates from the Order and exile him back to Calagains.

This push was then sent to the Adarnasian Sabaphos, where it sparked fierce debate within the Sabaphos. Acathius, Levan and Ilia all opposed Arziani's move to eject Mithridates. After the end of his study with Levan, Levan submitted his studies to Adarnase the Devoted. Arziani unsuccessfully campaigned the remainder of the Adarnasian Sabaphos to eject Mithridates, which was met with stiff resistence.

Vanguard Period

Transfer to Arziani's Pormireba

After Mithridates's Vanguard Ceremony, he was subsequently transferred from Acathius's Pormireba to Arziani's Pormireba for a brief period. Initially sent to the planet of Sinindroli with sets of Arziani's Pormireba and a contingent of Akanovan Federal Armed Forces, the combined forces were to locate a Black Triangle Syndicate commune in the Shini Sector. The operation was called the Shini Expedition Operation and was conducted in 2291. Within the Southern Hemisphere of Sinindroli, environmental conditions continued to pose the largest threat to the expeditionary forces. The majority of planets were specifically toxic towards Akannites, requiring usage of the AEP. During the Operation, Mithridates met Ambrosi Kherseli, who he considered the one for his Bond Formation.

Despite being well preforming, the majority of Arziani's Pormireba that was sent to Sinindroli remarked on how pointless the mission was. The entire effort eventually found a large abandoned Black Triangle Syndicate commune. While the operation itself was not over, Arziani's Pormireba's involvement was terminated by Arziani in late 2292 due to lack of results. Arziani recalled his Pormireba back into Imedio. Conflict between Arziani and Mithridates began almost immediately after Mithridates returned to Imedio. Mithridates, along with several other Severibi under Arziani complained about his lack of supervision over the Shini Expedition to the Sentinel Council. In order to prevent any future conflict, Acathius suggested that Mithridates be transferred back into his own Pormireba.
