Pavel Klemenko (Soravian: Павeл Клеменко; November 17, 1881 – July 3, 1940; aged 58) was a Soravian politician and statesman who served as Minister-President of Soravia from 1927 to 1929, succeeding Herman Yorosh after his resignation, as well as Minister for Infrastructure from 1921 to 1927 and a sitting member of the 10th and 11th State Conventions between 1915 and 1921. Klemeneko was also an influential member of the early ZVNP, and a close friend and political ally of Vladislav Pudovkin.
