The so-called Exorbitant powers of the Governor-General allowed him to exile anyone regarded as subversive and dangerous to peace and order, without involving any Court of Law.

The [[Volksraad]] was an advisory council to the Governor-General. The Council comprised 50 elected Atmoran members, 20 elected Voshan members, and 15 appointed members. While the Volksraad could debate and vote upon some issues, most executive power was still held in the hands of Governor-General and the [[Minister of Colonial Affairs|Colonial Minister]] in [[Alexandria, SA|Alexandria]].

The Vosha Protectorate (Dutch: Protectoraat Vosha; Vozh: Pratektarat Vozha) was a Lieseltanian protectorate from 1721 until the unification of Atmora in 1812, saw the administration of Vosha go from Lieseltania to the newly formed federal government of Atmora falling under the authority of the Department of Dominion and Colonial Affairs in 1813. Vaatseland would remain an Atmoran protectorate until the start of the Vozksk Uprising in 1911 until 1913 when Alexandria recognised Vozhsk indepedence from Atmora.
