Joint Operations Command, Andria, more commonly referred to as JOC, Andria, is a joint Royal Navy, Royal Air Fleet, and Royal Army base that is based in the city of Andra in Cacerta’s Andria Protectorate. Established in 1883 as part of Empress Elliana’s aggressive military expansion, JOC, Andria has served as the main base of operations for Cacertian endeavors in western Tyran. JOC, Andria was a main thoroughfare for troops being ferried to and from Mansuriyyah during the Siduri War and, as a result of its importance, the facilities at the base were greatly expanded.
