The Independent Coalition of Nations (Abbreviated I.C.N) is an intergovernmental organization. The ICN is located on the planet Iearth and seeks to act as a middle ground between the major nations of the world and to defend the interests of smaller nations against the worlds superpowers. It's headquarters building is located in Salient, Estoca, with other main offices in Osipovgrad, Slavic Union, Blythe, Mayotte, Gran Telea, Beatavic.
