Hanlala Rai Naval Base is a major naval base of the Zamastanian Naval Forces located in Siniapore. It provides facilities for the logistic support of forward-deployed units and visiting operating forces of the Zamastanian Cantalle Ocean Fleet, WEDA allies, and designated tenant activities. Hanlala Rai Naval Base was constructed in 1956, shortly after Siniapore gained independence from Tosichi. Zamastan has had a presence at the base since 1972, but it gained exclusive 100-year rights to the base in 1985 after President Cassious Castovia and President Merdeka bin Biru signed a mutual defense agreement. The admission of Siniapore into WEDA in 2022 and growing tensions with Yuan have widened the base's geostrategical importance.
