Baek Dong-woo, Marquis of Balhae, TGDS GJM PPGGK (2 June 1874 – 13 December 1967) was a Joyonghean nobleman and general officer in the Joyonghean Sovereign Army. He is known for his service in the Third Joyonghean-Quenminese War, where he commanded the Jurchenia Amalgamated Army.

Baek was born in 1874 to the Baek Min-young, a military nobleman who pacified Eastern Jurchenia and earned the peerage. Determined to follow in his footsteps, he attended the Goyewi Military Academy at 18, graduated a captain. He saw service in the First Kiribitan Civil War, the Trabian Civil War, and the Jeongsa War, his services in the latter conflict earning him the promotion of Division General. He went on to fight in the Second Kiribitan Civil War and commanded the Fifth Army, where he was first acquainted with Mun Jae-geun. He then was placed in command of the Jurchenia Amalgamated Army at the start of the Third Joyonghean-Quenminese War to assist the Loricans in the north, but ordered its retreat to the mainland after the Churuongchandat Revolution. He went on to serve in the Mainland Theater with Jae-geun, Cheon Sang-ji, Namgung Wook-yun, and Chae Hwa-young. He participated in the evacuation of citizens during the Fall of Yeolcheon, with his army group being the rearguard, and was on reserve until the Liberation of Yeolcheon. He subsequently led his army group through the Gangwon-Ragye Offensive and the Imperial's Autumn Counteroffensive, playing key roles in securing the partial strategic success and holding the left flank, respectively. Baek was then reassigned by Cheon to participate in the Four Point Campaign, whereupon he would work closely with the Ecuatorial general Diego Janggok to exert effort in the fall of Churuongchandat to cut off Hồ Danh Sĩ Quốc's Combined Imperial Front of Joyonghea. He then lead the Amalgamated Army towards South Lorica as part of the effort to accelerate the end the Second Europan War's Asianna and the Pacific Campaign.

He retired in 1947 to resume his career as a military professor at Goyewi. He died in his sleep in Miryang in 1967.
