Rustav (Leucish: Rustavy), officially known as the Crown State of Rustav, is a federal state located within the Crowergynn Sea and in the opening of the Rustav Bay in the north. It has maritime borders with North Chatten to the south-west, Rwycorr and West of Leucen to the north, Dwerigg to the east, and South-west Leucen to the south-east. It is the 4th-largest island in the Northern Kingdom, behind Terk, Cunnari, Chatten, and Leucen. Nicknamed "The bridge between two worlds", the island has historically been the intermediary between the civilizations of Chatten and Leucen. It is the home of the ancient, historic polity of the Rustav Confederation and home to the largest military harbor of the Royal Navy; the Crown Harbor. The largest and capital city, Mointeive, is home to the majestic Edmoron Castle; the administrative capital of the state. With a population of 3.7 million, it is the 12th-most populated state and the 6th-densely populated. Most of the development is located in the coasts and around Mointeive, with the interior remaining largely free of human development.
