Luepola-Vonzumier relations, or Luepolan-Vonzumieran relations, refers to the bilateral diplomatic and economic relations between Luepola and Vonzumier.
Luepolan-Vonzumieran relations trace their origin to the Vonzumieran War of Independence, in which Vonzumier successfully fought against its former colonial ruler, the Vierz Empire. While the Luepolan government officially supported Vierzland, the Luepolan populace overwhelmingly supported Vonzumier, and protested their government's involvement in the conflict. This contrast between government and public opinion in Luepola set the tone for Luepolan-Vonzumieran relations for the century to come. The People's Republic of Luepola supported Vonzumier in the Frontier War against Vierzland, but withdrew its aid after Vonzumier did not show itself to be receptive to the Flecquist ideology propagated by Luepola. Vonzumier would later join with Vierzland and Tierada in the Great War against Luepola and her allies, leading the South Patyrian Campaign in defense of Cestros against Luepola.
Vonzumier signed the Morca agreement with Tierada and Vierzland, which stipulated that Luepola would be placed under Vierz control after the war; however, Vonzumier later protested Vierzland's harsh occupation policies, laying the groundwork for an unofficial friendship between the two nations that would persist throughout the Silent War, despite the governments being officially opposed to one another. This unofficial friendship ultimately resulted in large amounts of material and diplomatic aid given by Vonzumier to Luepola and Vorochia in the Luepolan War. After the Treaty of Skalla, the relations became an official diplatic partnership, with trade agreements and basic military cooperation established between the two nations. Vonzumier was the third nation to receive a state visit from Luepolan president Emil Ivanušić, after Tierada and Vorochia.
Relations between the two countries had reached a historic high by the turn of the 1990s, but began to cool somewhat at the turn of the 21st century, as Zeki Sorelki of the Luepolan Workers' Party democratically gained leadership and pursued a more independent foreign policy for Luepola.
