Tianshi is one of the most powerful Superheroes in the Realms of the Multiverse. He is also the monarch of the Empire of Amenria and Patriarch of its ruling Noble Family, the Angelheart Family. Born as a human in a Southeast Asian country, Tianshi was killed in The Third World War by The Devil and resurrected by God as a Celestial, granting him a strong, nigh-indestructible body along with a new Soul Arsenal, Wings of Yin and Yang.

History

Backstory

Tianshi, born as a human in a tropical nation in Southeast Asia, led a happy childhood often spent at beaches.

Appearance

In his new Celestial body, Tianshi appears as an Asian man in his twenties, despite being much older chronologically. He has a round, almost heart-shaped face, with a small, but not quite pointy chin. His skin is smooth and light, and he has black hair that is long enough to cover part of his neck. He is of above average height and a lean build that is not devoid of muscle, with notable abs and biceps. When his Wings of Yin and Yang is active, he gains a pair of feathered wings; his right wing covered in white feathers and his left covered in black feathers.

Personality

Tianshi is an easygoing man with a rather flamboyant and casual style of speech who enjoys telling jokes even in the midst of battle. While he set up the proper code of conduct for the throne room himself, he does not enforce this and allows his underlings to address him as "big bro" (大哥 dàgē), particularly by Jonathan Ma, or "boss" (老板 lǎobǎn) out of habit they are seemingly unable (or unwilling) to grow out of after serving him during their time in Revenger. He also allows them to use the standard pronoun "I" (我 wǒ) instead of the more humble "this subject" (臣 chén), "this servant" (仆 pū), or other self-deprecating pronouns to refer to themselves, although the officials who do so are mostly ones who knew him since before his ascension, regardless of whether or not they served him when he was a human. He extends this courtesy to his concubines and even allows them to address him by his birth name when they are alone. He himself uses honourifics when addressing others in formal settings, although still opting to use casual diction otherwise. He is fond of giving nicknames to those he hold dear, such as Camellia, who he often calls his "Lil' Yao Yao" (小瑶瑶 Xiǎo Yáo Yáo).

While he outwardly seems to dislike violence, his attitude in combat is mixed. He almost always tries to talk his opponents out of fighting and offers to resolve any conflict over tea instead. However, when the situation demands it, he will fight and not hold back if he deems the opponent to be strong enough. When fighting such an opponent, he has had internal monologues about enjoying the rare excitement during such occasions, hinting that he might not have abandoned his love of combat after all.

Despite his seemingly laid-back attitude, he cares deeply about his subjects and his obligation of ruling them, considering it an honour and responsibility from God and often addressing individual citizens as "my child". While his pacifistic and carefree demeanour are seen by some as explanations to Amenrian foreign policy, others consider it cunning pragmatism, as Amenria would have fewer enemies than it would have if it were to take on a more active role in the internal affairs of foreign countries. However, starting from the late 2040s, he would slowly lead Amenria to become more involved in foreign countries peacefully, still avoiding offensive wars out of fear of his regime becoming no different than that of America during its last days.

He has described himself as a "handsome, perverted old man", hinting on another trait he retained from his time as a human. This, and his high standards of women were confirmed with the reveal of his harem, which is the smallest one in all of Chinese history.

When not performing his duties as the monarch of Amenria or training or meditating, he can be seen drinking tea alone, napping, playing videogames, or relaxing with cats. His love of cats is so great that he converted the home he lived as a teenager in (which Amenria inherited after Indonesia became part of the empire) into a cat shelter and research facility named after the cats he owned while living there. He allows his cats to roam the palace freely, and always greets them and pets them when he sees them. He knows Schrodinger by name and would pet him and talk to him, to which the calico seems to respond positively to, hinting to a close relationship between them. He still enjoys sitting on high places as much as he did when he was a human, if not more so, knowing he would not fall to his death.

Tactics

Tianshi is a well-rounded character who is easy to play as a beginner, but has a possible variety of builds that would reward veteran players already familiar with the game. He is also one of the few characters with both black and white Qì, providing him with a unique moveset that adds to his versatility.

Wings of Yin and Yang, when activated, gives Tianshi a pair of feathered wings. These wings act as a conduit to him, giving him an influx of cosmic energy straight from the universe to mold into Qì. His right wing is coloured white, and gives him the ability to control light, while his left wing, coloured black, gives him control over darkness.

Kundalini

Tianshi possesses a Kundalini, which reaches up to his belly and is shaped like an upwards pointing chevron. This provides him with another source of cosmic energy for him to use as a Qì source.

Enhanced strength

Without any of his spiritual capabilities, Tianshi is still a strong individual capable of pushing a rookie hero several meters away with just a finger.

Enhanced durability

Tianshi can survive the heat and impact of falling from Earth's orbit.
