Early life and career
Anatol Rutkowski was born in Portmon on the 7th of April 1986. As both of Anatol's parents were involved with the Portmon Mountain Search and Rescue Unit (PMSRU) Anatol was featured on some episodes of Mountain Rescue (1998-2002), as the young child negotiated his transfer from the Gabriel Narutowicz Pioneers to the Free Democratic Youth (Malgrave) and additional barriers experienced by a typical student in the Malgravean education system.
A noted admirer of the varying machines that were involved in mountain rescues, Anatol continued this passion by studying rescue engineering at Niels Bohr Academy which he combined with specialised service in the Territorial Defence Force.
After leaving Niels Bohr Academy, Anatol began to work at the Portmon Mountain Search and Rescue Unit (PMSRU) and soon gained national recognition for his work, as his robotic contraptions began to be used in more rescues which culminated in the overseas deployment to rescue trapped civilians following earthquakes in Takshistan.
Chair of Alliance
Following the dissolution of the Agricultural Coalition and Future Party prior to the 2014 Malgravean General Election a group of figures from rural across Malgrave quickly established Alliance of Farmers, Fishers and Rurals. In recognition of their comparatively limited voice they asked Anatol to lead them into the general election, as his heightened name recognition outside rural Malgrave made it easier for the newly found party to gain press coverage.
Anatol has remained as Chair of Alliance since that date, with his popularity within rural and urban groups cementing the parties place in the Chamber of Representatives.
