Amelia Newman (born 14 January 1986) is a Zamastanian politician who serves as the Representative for Pahl's 10th congressional district since 2018. Newman started getting involved with politics at the age of 14 through youth groups such as the Provincial Liberals Youth Branch. She studied political science at the University of Alanis before completing a master's degree in international politics at the University of Duncan. As a politician and activist, Newman has been known for putting environmental policies at the forefront. In 2021, she headed an appeal to Zamastanian oil workers, calling for them to use their expertise and experience in order to help build new renewable industries. In 2023, she called on president Sabine Armitage to offer oil companies a green restructuring package.
