Piester (Leucish: Pyster), officially the Crown State of Piester, is a federal state bordering Septentriones Ocean to the south and east, Rwycorr and the Wedian Sea to the south-east, the Mochynder Way to the west, and the Norpolar Ocean to the north. With a population of 1.8 million, it is the 19th-most populous state and the 22th-densely populated. With an area of 24,556 km2 (9,481 sq mi); it is the 9th-largest state by area. It is separated from the island of Leucen by the Wedian Sea and the Mochynder Way. It occupies the entire island of Cunnari, one of the largest islands of the Chalcish Isles.
