LZS Motorsport is the subsidiary of LZS responsible for motorsport-related activities, including their factory racing programs across various disciplines, and for manufacturing high-performance versions of standard LZS models under the R badge. LZS has a long and successful history in different motorsport categories, with success in Astyrian Formula One, endurance racing, motorcycle racing, and touring car racing.
The LZS C2R holds the distinction of being LZS's most successful race car, winning more races than any other LZS production-based race car in history. It saw tremendous success in the Astyrian Touring Car Championship, Nikolian Touring Car Championship, Valkean Touring Car Championship, and several other racing series.
