Gòłosztrąd (Weranic: Kiesstrand) is a municipality in Ostry, with a population of 1,494. It is the most northerly community on the island, located on the leeward coast, north of Biôłi Kòscół.
History
Gòłosztrąd was officially founded as an outport initially built by the Krauss Fishing Company in 1881, and housed mainly its employees.
