The Union of Spovmanistan and Rifzid is an event that took place in April of 1701 in which King Robert II married and Queen Mary of Rifzid to unite the both the crowns and the nations. The marriage was planned by Both King Robert I of Spovmanistan and King John I of Rifzid in 1682. The day they were married, the kingdom of Fichmanistan was declared, named after the house in which the monarchs of Spovmanistan descend.
