Kapanandze was responsible for elevating Councillor Mithridates to a Councillor rank, after approving him with Levan Meshki to succeed him after Kapanandze's death. Kapanadze is credited for being arguably the most major writer that contributed to the Second Levanite Interpretation of Imedio Honour.
Born in Outer Serenope to rural farmers that rejected the then Alexandrian Interpretation of Imedio Honour, he exhibited potency in Yellow Magic and Telekinesis at an early age.
