Kapanadze Ioseliani (ⴉⴀⴎⴀⴌⴀⴛⴄ ⴈⴍⴑⴄⴊⴈⴀⴌⴈ; Lesathic Acanovan: ) is a K'vari Severibi and a Councillor on the Levanite Sabaphos. Kapanadze is the incumbent Metsnieri of the Order and was the former Leader of the Senadon Assembly. Kapanadze is most noted for having fought in the War of Exiles.

Kapanadze Ioseliani was born and raised on Ozurgeti on Lesath to the owner of the Lesathic Arms and Weapons, Shemokmedi Ioseliani and his mother Tamar Orbeliani. Kapanadze was the oldest of his four brothers, and grew up as a Fourth Generation Maradisoban unlike his family. He entered into the Lesathic Assembly of Maradisoban Studies at 18, and graduated at 22, ordained as a Maradisoba Metsnieri. He was invited into the ranks of the Second Order of K'vari at the age of 24. Kapanadze joined the Second Order at the age of 25, become a K'vari Sheguardi.
