Heinz Frank Dimmler (14 April 1871 - 6 July 1965) was a Besmenian statesman who served as the second Prime Minister of the Federal Republic of Besmenia (East Besmenia) from 1924 to 1940. He was co-founder and until 1955 first leader of the Besmenian People's Party (BVP) , a Christian Democratic party that under his leadership became one of the most influential parties in the country.

During his time as prime minister, the Federal Republic developed from a poor emerging country to a rich and highly developed industrial state.
