The Administrative Region of Ceria (Vik'Rus: Serus) comprises four islands: Ceria, Thennia, Escitria, and Ebias. These islands are located off the eastern shore of Metropolitan Aquitayne, and are governed by local and national legislatures via the Magnus Magnatus. The islands also fall under the duchy of the Northern Isles, whom currently is His Majesty Samuel Reich.
