Klara Pavlovna Savinkova (Krasnomirskian: Клара Павловна Савинкова, born 3 December 1984) is a Eulabian military officer serving as Secretary of State for Defence since November 2021. Prior to her appointment, Savinkova achieved notable success in various command positions within the Eulabian Armed Forces. A Nifonese journalist dubbed her the "Artillery Devil", a nickname that became associated with her prowess and feared reputation.
