Structure
Conferences
There are four conferences, the Foxia Conference, Wolvenia Conference, Aquarius Conference, and Vale Conference. Each conference has four teams. As a result, there are a total of 16 teams in the ISL.
Laws and Governance
The ISL Council establishes rules and regulations regarding soccer games in the Empire.
Administrative Costs
The ISL has a budget of A$1 million for administrative costs.
Governance
Discipline
The ISL has a strict disciplinary code with a ISL DIsciplinary Committee to oversee any investigations and rulings in these regards.
Video Replay and Goal-line Technologies
The use of video replay and goal-line technologies is widely used by the ISL.
Controversy
Due to unreasonable actions by foreigners, the ISL has not been able to participate in the FIFA competitions during some years.
