Józef Mateusz Kamiński (born December 21, 1967) is a Viswe politician who is the 56th and incumbent president of Vistulzka since 2020. He is a member of the Orthodox Republican Party and served as the 54th Chair of the Department of Foreign Relations from 2012 to 2020, being retained through 54th President Paweł Hong and 55th President Władysław Skrzyński. He previously served on the Sjem

Kamiński was born in Ásotthalom, Baranya Voivodeship in 1967. He graduated from the Urban University of Ásotthalom in 1989 in international politics, and subsequently earned his law degree from the Włocławek National University in 1992, where he specialized in constitutional law. He was apart of several different Sjem election campaigns from 1993 to 1996. In 1998, he entered the political scene successfully running for the Sjem as a representative of the Włocławek Voivodeship. At the age of 35, he was elected as one of the youngest members of the Sjem in history. He originally joined as a member of the Blue Movement Party, however during his re-election in 1997, he changed his membership to the Orthodox Republican Party and has since ran on an Orthodox Republican platform ever since.

Kamiński gained wide amounts of public recognition and notoriety for his rhetoric during the Six-Day War, where he and many other Orthodox Republicans supported East Ruthen. President Yulia Reznikov of the Chruściel-Orange Republican Party, Marshal Jakub Kijowski and Head of the Ducal Council Jarosław Kaczyński and their inaction during the first day saw considerable criticism and public approval ratings plummet. Kamiński and several other Orthodox Republicans put forward the idea of replacing Marshal Kikowski and the Ducal Council with a Council of Confidence if Reznikov and Kijowski failed to act on the second day. Reznikov subsequently moved for the Armed Forces of Vistulzka to assist in peacekeeping efforts, and moved to volunteer Vistulzka as a member of the United Congress Monitoring Authority for Ruthen

His 2020 presidential campaign was heavily contested with the Three Torches Bloc's candidate, Orden Göncz. He announced his appointment of Małgosia Lemańska as his Marshal and Bálintka Bondarenko as his Head of Ducal Council. It was the first time in Vistulzka history that the appointments to the Marshal and Head of Ducal Council were both female and under 50 years of age. He ticket with his listed appointments to the Ducal Council has the youngest average age in Vistulzka history.
