50 | Yulia Reznikov | August 15, 1996 | August 14, 2000 | 4 years and 0 days | Jakub Kijowski | Jarosław Kaczyński
Yulia Reznikov became the 50th President through a slim margin in the 1996 elections. Reznikov saw a number of controversies take place during her presidency, including the 1997 Vistulzkan power crisis, the ensuing Persha accounting scandal and the 1999 Karpatskan Strike. She presided over the Six-Day War and faced serious scrutiny in her presidency due to her inaction during the first day. On the second day of the war, Reznikov directly involved Vistulzka with East Ruthen and froze relations with West Ruthen by closing their embassy. She directly volunteered Vistulzka to directly intervene for East Ruthen, and later volunteered to join the United Congress Monitoring Authority for Ruthen. Her handling of the Six-Day War has been seen as one of the most polarizing moves ever made by a President in Vistulzkan modern history, though many political analysts and retrospective accounts state that her handling and involvement positively overshadowed many of her Presidency's failures.

He appointed Felicjan Sikorski to the Supreme Court and oversaw the implementation of Hong Foreign Policy in an attempt to strengthen relations with other countries. He was also an outspoken proponent during his Presidency on opposing the reunification of West Ruthen and East Ruthen and stipulated adding Vistulzkan soldiers towards the United Congress Monitoring Authority for Ruthen. August 15, 2020 | Incumbent | 4 years and 129 days | Małgosia Lemańska | Bálintka Bondarenko
Józef Kamiński is the incumbent president and is a member of the Orthodox Republican Party. Kamiński's government has been defined as one of the youngest governments within the country's history in an effort to promote political involvement within Vistulzka's young adult population. Kamiński's government and his reforms have been characterized as generally progressive, with his government passing through the educational reform. He has also made attempts to reorganize VHK Railways to improve efficiency and access to more rural areas. |
