The International Center of Allengin (also known as the ICA or the Allengin Tower) is a 458.2 meter (1,503 ft) skyscraper in Allengin, Oftbon, which was completed in 2023. It is the tallest building in Nortua. Consisting of office and hotel space, as well as being connected to the Allengin Metro line and a shopping center, the complex was built with a steel and concrete composite. It is located on the northern end of the city along the Ciset River before it empties into the Olympic Ocean.
