The Parliament of Imagua and the Assimas (Etrurian: Parlamento di Imagua e Assime) is the legislative branch of Imagua and the Assimas. Created in 1937 when Imagua and the Assimas was granted "equal partner" status to Estmere, it has its origins in the old Legislative Council of Imagua, which was created in 1892 when the Colony of Imagua was granted limited self-government.

It is a bicameral legislature, with two chambers: the Senate, whose members are appointed for life by the President of Imagua and the Assimas after consulting with the Prime Minister and their government, and the Chamber of Commons, whose members are elected, at most, every four years.
