Vladimir Federov Pavlov (21 July 1972) is a Lorican-Lucian officer currently serving in the S7, Erebonia's own secret intelligence agency. He is also the founder of the Erebonian-Lucian private military contractor, Pavlov & Craig.

Early Life and Military Career

Born in Lorica to an intelligence officer and a regular housewife, Pavlov and his family fled from Lorica during the closing years of the War of Lorican Aggression. His father was accused of conspiracy against the government. As a result, he defected to the Allied forces and fled. They were immediately accepted by the Erebonian consulate and were airlifted to Insomnia, where they were naturalized as Lucian citizens.

Pavlov graduated from the Royal Military Academy of Manchester in 1991 and shortly enlisted in the Lucis Army as an intelligence officer, where he served until 2006. His commanding officers considered him to be one of the most efficient in intelligence gather, hence he was immediately considered to be the MI6's intelligence director, which he had turned down. Instead, he continued to offer his services until 2010, when he went to Erebonia to open a private military contractor and security consultant company with Lieutenant-General Olaf Craig, his close friend.
